By purchasing tickets to Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard’s Outdoor Event, you acknowledge that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Harvest Moon. Each guest must present a valid ticket for entry, either printed or displayed on a mobile device.
This event takes place outdoors on farm property with uneven ground and natural terrain. Guests should wear appropriate footwear and remain aware of their surroundings. For the safety of all guests and animals on the farm, pets are not permitted at this event. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are expected to behave respectfully and safely at all times. Harvest Moon reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase during the event. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically approved. Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed by guests 21 years of age or older with valid identification.
This is an outdoor event and will take place as scheduled unless weather or other conditions make it unsafe or impractical to operate. If weather or other conditions require a change, the event will be moved to the scheduled rain date of Sunday (the following day) from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM. Ticket holders will be notified by email on the day of the event if a cancellation or reschedule is necessary. If the event must also be canceled on the rain date, ticket holders will receive a voucher equal to the ticket value that may be used toward the purchase of a future Harvest Moon event.
By attending this event, guests grant permission to Harvest Moon Farm & Orchard to photograph or record video during the event, and to use such images or recordings for promotional purposes.
